Cancellation & Refund Policy

MyBuddies_S believes in helping its user as far as possible, and has therefore a cancellation policy.
Under this policy:

a) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders are not a physical product.

b) No refund is available for virtual products or memberships once they have been purchased and paid for, except for premium membership.

c) In case you are facing any issues with respect to the use of virtual product or subscription, please report the same to us at support@mybuddiess.com. The request will, however, be entertained once it is confirmed that you are not able to use the virtual product or subscription using our platform. This should be reported within same day of payment.

d) There are no refunds on half used quota for virtual subscription or virtual products including downloadable pdf files.

e) The request for refund and details about all the concerns and our team communication shall be communicated over the mail at support@mybuddiess.com. In case of any Refunds approved by MyBuddies_S, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end user.
